QOTD: On Sales from Mark Suster

– Entrepreneur turned VC Mark Suster on sales and hiring of sales people.  

My personal feeling is that if you don’t have an understanding for the customer pain, how to solve it, and how your product differs from competition, then you really don’t have a solid product yet, let alone need salespeople – but I think that’s what Mark is getting at here.
